Location suitable for the purpose of our trip. Breakfast at sister hotel was good. We did not feel our room represented value for money. The people in room number 2 paid a similar amount but had more spacious accommodation. On the second night our key cards did not work (and no, we hadn't kept them near to a phone) We were unable to access our room and the so called 24 hour help number went to voicemail. Essentially there was no help, despite the best efforts of German police who were on duty nearby. We spent the night in the corridor on chairs lent to us by someone in a nearby room. No access to bathroom facilities and no fresh water. Not great at any age, and definitely not when you're in your 70s Very disappointing, to say the least.

Dies ist ein wunderbares Hotel. Die Suits sind grosszügig gehalten und sehr sauber. Ein sehr ruhiges Hotel in bester Lage. Das wird in Leipzig ab jetzt unser Stammhotel und wir werden definitiv wieder hin gehen.

Leipzig uma noite só!

A localização é ótima. Próximo ao centro histórico. O Hotel é todo novo. Com cores sóbrias e muito bom gosto. Fomos agraciados com um up grade, acredito, pois nos deram um apto com aproximadamente 70m2. Vista para um belo jardim, cama ótima. Só não entendo porque em um espaço tão grande o box do banho não é completamente fechado. Conclusão: o primeiro do casal a tomar banho, molha a área que o próximo irá utilizar. Desagradável. Outro senão, o café da manhã incluído na diária, tem que ser tomado em outra unidade, uma hospedaria, a 150 m de distância. (Gästehaus Leipzig). Ficamos somente uma noite, mas um aviso, apenas em alemão sobre a mesa, comunica que só haverá arrumação e troca de roupas de cama e banho a cada três dias. Bem, isso foi o que pude entender com ajuda do tradutor do Google.
