“They offered self-check-in for customers so you don't need to call them to get the key. (This is absolutely convenient for those who don't have a local sim card! The room is clean and lovely. A mini kitchen is available. However, during my stay in this apartment, the WIFI did not work. I believe it will be fixed soon. Shampoo and shower gel were not provided. You need to bring your own ones. There are an $8 euro cleaning fee and $2 euro city tax which was untold when I was booking. So……

“Nice location fairly close to the main parts of Zagreb old town. Room was clean and well-kept. Key pickup from the lockbox was easy. Was a little confusing at first then where to use the key. The entrance is on the second floor but opens into a small common area first before you see your actual room numbers”

“The staff upon check-in (Stella) & checkout were excellent. Very friendly and efficient. The room was modern and very comfortable. My husband was not that impressed with the breakfast and I found it strange that the gym had no WC all in all a very good hotel.”
