“The reservation process needs to be reviewed: for a second time this year, I arrived only to find out that they did not have my reservation. Apparently, according to the property, reservations are not transmitted to them in a timely manner. Let’s work on this Expedia, so we can avoid the embarrassment of arriving and being told that they do not have our room!”

Manager was very responsive as the main bedroom A/C didn’t work for three days, and the refrigerator needed to be replaced; balcony was dirty and was never swept; bathrooms only came with one towel each, and the worst, was the internet. No matter the time of day, it was mostly non-existent. I suggest 2-3 extra towels for unit, and, as they only came to clean once in 11 days, an extra set of sheets for the beds. One word that best describes our experiences at this incredible gated facility is “EXCEPTIONAL.” The rooms at Massou were modern and very spacious.
