"We booked family connecting room for our trip this time, requesting extra bed in each room for the kids. The rooms are neat and clean. The staffs are nice and respond our request quickly. There are a variety of activities can do in hotel. We stayed in hotel one full day. We played at the beach which can walk directly from hotel lobby. We also swim and rent the bikes from hotel and took a bicycle rides along the beach. The kids love it! And our family also played picco ball in their court (they provide tennis court and table tennis table as well). At the end of the day, I enjoyed the spa (which is at Conrad standard). A lot of things can do in hotel, will not be bored! Food is good, particularly we like the Rin Japanese food restaurant. We spent 2 dinners at Rin, one is buffet and one is à la cart menu. Both are exceptional. Tasty food at relatively cheaper price than in Hong Kong. We love it!"

"I don't think the pictures do this hotel justice. I think it is better than the pictures. Everything is perfect from the room, the breakfast, the location, the amenities, the pool, and all the greeneries within the complex. Don't forget to check the pet turtles and pet rabbits! I missed the balinese theatre dinner unfortunately so if possible, do stay in this hotel on Mon, Wed, or Fri and book a dinner and show session."

"整間飯店的人員很友善 服務非常好，洗衣品質佳 SPA也不錯，對街的按摩技術更好 離庫塔海灘很近 如果要ㄧ日遊可以請飯店安排 免費早餐還好，但是付費餐廳的食物很好吃 吹風機的風不大，蓮蓬頭的水很小建議改善"
