The Breakfast Buffet is delicious, a lot of food to choose from. The staff are very nice and helpful. View from the room is phenomenal (stayed by the beachfront 4th floor). Enjoyed riding the Banana Boat and walking on the floatable island.

Property was clean. Entry to the beach closes early (5:00pm). We ordered a snack (hotdog and fries) it took an hour to serve and the reason given was they only have one cook.

Rooms were spacious with clean bed linen. Swimming pool was great for children and resort is next to the beach but no facilities to sit on the beach. Breakfast was included but no real variation each morning. Dining for lunch and dinner was the same menu which was adequate with most dishes available.

The hotel caught fire the night before we got there, and they were not able to notify us. As a result they were not able to accommodate us and they had to transfer us to another hotel nearby. It wasn’t a good experience but fortunately the staff were nice, polite and helpful. We stayed on the other hotel for 3 nights but we didn’t enjoy our stay at all because there wasn’t any activities to do in that hotel aside from the swimming pool. Not worth the trip!

Fun in the sun, good food, great staff

Staff is absolutely wonderful, I stayed 4 nights, they helped me with 2 full day excursions. they had 2 employees take us to a nice Batangas beach resort with white Sand , swimming, personal beach hut, good restaurant on that excursion all in their resort vehicle. One other excursion is an island hopping trip to Bauan beach (4,000 Php)area where they allowed us to have lunch at a resort called Destino’s(awesome place wow). Food at CML is very good, just make sure to inform the waiter if you want the American breakfast, otherwise you will get the Filipino breakfast. Swimming in the main area with water slide was so much fun, our 4 year old son had a blast. Maintenance staff will literally turn on all water pump equipment when they see you in the pool and seem to double as lifeguards. Only problem was tv has no internet fed to it , so basically, tvs have zero function. WiFi at the resort works but not in all rooms, in that situation, walk to an area closer to router. You should probably ask for a room closer to the beach because that seems to be where their router is located. The actual beach is dark black in color and not really attractive in a sense. The strengths of the resort are great staff customer service and fun pool equipment that kids will go crazy for. Great food. Resort centrally located among many other Batangas attractions. Take a bus to Lemery from Manila for only 266 php per person. Or rent car.

Family bonding

It was indeed an unforgettable family bonding. Our stay at CML really helps in meeting our objective. You Will feel the Safety and security from the attentive lifeguards to hotel security. Very approachable staff from the front Office, to life guards, housekeeping up to kitchen team. We are all satisfied during the rest of our stay.

The property itself along with the staff were very nice, clean and helpful. The only bad thing I have to say is that I wish they would do more thorough cleanings of their pools. There's a bunch of debris and bugs just floating around.

The water park is amazing! There are always lifeguards on standby. They should add their hours of operation for phone calls on the website because they can only answer calls starting at 8am.

Loads of fun at the water park

Our whole family enjoyed our stay at the CML Beach Resort & Water Park. Our 3 kids had a wonderful time at the water park. Our rooms were nice and comfortable. The bathrooms were modern and upgraded. WiFi was very fast. Food was delicious.

Dead cat floating along its shoreline

Online photo showed white sand beach front that turned out to be black. The beach is not really swimmable because it's dirty and there were disposable diaper and dead cat floating along the shoreline. Water in swimming pool is grayish blue, meaning, it has lots of skin dirt in it. Yuck! The toilet has clogged drainage and price of food is not commensurate e.g.1 order of french fries costs 150 pesos.

Great location right on the Beach, kids loved the water park, very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable beds and great air con. Breakfast was a bit basic but adequate, The only bad points in an otherwise excellent stay was the wifi was extremely poor It would not run even the most basic applications and the water pressure in the shower was very low although neither of these things will prevent us returning.

we went there because of the pool slide and other pool activities but they dont run it all day! they just turned it on 30mins once JUST ONCE when we stayed there! poor service! worst resort ive ever been to.

worst breakfast ever considering the pricey stay. pool lounge chair were expensive too. they will charge you for lounge chairs which is pathetic if you want to just lay and relax. no toothpaste and toothbrush!!worst!yuck! no slipper and robes! no bath soaps! the worst and the worst part is...the pool activities. they dont run it

Pleasant Surprise

I was pleasantly surprise about how nice CML was! The water park was very clean and nice, the staff was pleasant and the room was very good. Their beach front was clean, I only wished that same was true with the rest if the shoreline.
