“Appart hôtel très simpas car nous étions en "basse" saison donc pas beaucoup de monde à la piscine. Il y a un restaurant et une pharmacie "collés" à l'infrastructure - très pratique. Personnel agréable”

“We enjoyed a week at Artemis Cynthia resort. The apartment was clean and a good size. The pools were lovely and quiet. Check in was easy and the free parking helpful. We walked down to the harbour and to the old town - fine for us but a mile ISH so may put some off. Hot water was an issue (lack of) and the beds weren't great (reported on day 1 but no action or solution offered ). Overall, recommended. ”

“The location of this hotel is very far from the city center of phfos (90 mins bus). We arrive the hotel at around 8 pm and the reception said there is no room available in the hotel. The reception said there is a room nearby and provide us only one return taxi for it but did not give us the detail location of the new allocated room. It takes 45 mins taxi up the hill to the new room. When we arrived the new room, it is not a hotel,just a normal apartment hold by other company and do not have any……

“Reasonable price and very nice Seaview ”

“The house was really nice, even with a private pool. The main pool was really convenient for children. However some facilities are not very well maintained, maybe because it was not high season. However the price was very good for what we got.”

“The 2 males at reception (from SA and Scotland) were very friendly and hlepful. Anna was very rude and unhelpful. I overheard her telling guests that there is no wifi at the pool area, when there was. Rooms very comfortable and equipped well with lovely soft towels. Lovely views, very quiet and smart tv was great.”

“Heel leuk is het wandelpad langs de zee en de locatie van dit hotel, mits huurauto. Zelf verbleven we in een 'villa', huisje langs het hotel. Op zich prima, alleen wat achterstallig onderhoud en een terras zonder enige inspiratie.. Het personeel is ook wel heel vriendelijk, zwembad prima, poolbar ging pas onze laatste dag open dus kan ik weinig op zeggen.. we hebben een fijne vakantie gehad! ”

“There was a musty smell when we arrived, but the apartment itself was spacious and had a little kitchenette and our own bedroom with the kids sleeping on the pullout in the main room. For the price we are beyond happy.”

“Friendly staff tidy close to the supermarket bus stop in front of the hotel good food nice pool.I would recommend it. There was nothing I did not like about this hotel or where it was located.”

“The apartment was large and clean with good amenities. The only downside was very poor quality mattress (you could hear and feel the springs) and a rather small shower with a curtain that was too long and would frequently block the plug hole. As a minor point the apartments was lacking some basic 'comfort' touches like more cushions and lamps (as only had main bulbs in room so was either full light or no light). Overall was very good value for money, would be excellent if they replaced the……

“Het verblijf was netjes en schoon. Lekker ruim huis en heerlijke tuin met zwembad. De wifi mag wel wat beter, want die heeft alleen bereik op de beganegrond en een beetje 1ste verdieping. Verder prima verblijf hier gehad.”

“Newly refurb. Clean, plenty of space and wardrobe space. All looked very new and in good order. Large swim pool. Helpful staff. ”

“We had a lovely stay here at villa frene, was in a lovely location just a little too far out for the children to walk all the time so we hired a car while we stayed. Pool was lovely, although not heated was perfect to cool off in during the day. The villa itself was beautiful and surrounded by nature at its best. Anna was a fantastic host and answered any questions we had and helped us with anything we needed while we stayed there. She met us at the villa and greeted us and showed us round.”

“From the minute we booked every thing went well any quires we had Dale the host responded very quickly. What you see on the can is what you get. Excellent balcony with adequate furniture, the rooms where a great size. sometimes you find the beds at some place not to comfortable but not here they where very comfortable, poll was great if i had any complaint it would be not there long enough. Thanks for a great stay”
