「I had a very pleasant stay of six nights here. The room newly renovated and had all the necessities of a longer stay including a fully equipped kitchenette. The highlight for me was the rain shower with good volume and hot water. The bed mattress was a bit thin and low.The receptionist was very helpful and pleasant. Overall good experience and close to metro.

「This was perfect apartment studio 30 minutes walking to Brussels Midi Zuid Rail station with easy access to train, metro and bus or walking along the canal. It is in a quiet neighborhood next to a school with a wonderful restaurant around the corner. Flemish/French spoken in this neighborhood.
I had minimal communication with the owner pre-check in and even though I let the owner know my plans changed from 7 nights to 4 well in advance, Serge insisted that the VRBO linked to Europe (Abritel)...
