「DO NOT BOOK THIS ACCOMMODATION!! We went to Kingston and needed to find something at the last minute. We booked this bachelor apartment despite the bad reviews. It was IMPOSSIBLE to contact the host. When we arrived, there were already other people there with reservations. These people had also tried to contact the host without success. The host clearly gives the access code to anyone who books. Now we are having difficulty getting a refund from Expedia!!」

「Host did not send keypad entry code. I sent four messages, through the VRBO app, over the course of 5-6 hours asking for the code with no response. I went to the rental to inquire with another building resident and she also could not reach the host. I had to book a hotel for the night, or drive 4 hours home and miss the second day of my business conference.」
