「Worst motel ever. the front desk lady is extremely rude. It was a very cold night, the bed blanket on bed is thin, 10:30 PM. I came to front desk to try to get another thicker blanket, but nobody was there. I nocked the door, ring the bell, called the phone. Nobody answered. Until 11:00 PM, she came out from inside. She was very unhappy that I disturbed her. She said there is no additional blanket in the motel. What ? You run a motel business and no blanket? I questioned her,  And she changed...

「We've stayed here several times... myself, my 2 teen boys and our Newfoundland doggo. The building is on the older side, but decently maintained. The staff is super helpful and wonderful to interact with if needed. The housekeeping staff are very friendly and thorough. The chairs on the top of the hill behind the hotel are an excellent place to relax and the view of Monument Mountain is spectacular from there! If you enjoy hiking, access to the trails on Monument Mountain are just down...

「Owner very welcoming at check in, polite and pleasant. Room was a bit small, but spotless. Nicely decorated, interesting desk. Bed comfortable. Fridge, microwave and coffee maker in room. A/C worked well , as did shower. Continental breakfast was pre-packaged pastries, but there was fresh fruit, cereal and a good selection of items to toast. A lovely little outdoor patio was accessible for breakfast. All in all a nice little motel.」

「Motel is fine for a 1 or 2 star motel. It is clean and has good comfortable beds. The room was tiny. The bathroom was tiny. Barely can fit two people. Otherwise it is fine. Again you need to know that this is super basic motel and the rating is based on that. Don’t expect a nice accommodation when renting it. Fine for a 1 night stay but I wouldnt stay there for longer. It has AC but it is a bit loud and blows right at the bed. Need to cover it with a towel if you don’t want to get cold air blown...

「Beware, The Brooks Motel is a misrepresented, virtual-only motel that doesn't warn it has no front desk or in-person check-in. 「Best that can be said is that it was clean. The shower was ok. No on-site staff, we had to check in using a Ring doorbell and bad phone connection. The baseboard heat control required me to get on the floor and crawl into the corner of the room behind the fridge. And the room didn’t look at all like the picture on Expedia.
