“ Very clean!! Host communicated quickly. Location was PERFECT if you are playing at Franklin Sports Ranch. Would recommend to anyone. ”

“Upon arrival to the house we discovered that the bed in the spare room was not what was shown in the online photos of the house. The bed frame was broken and we had to find some wood in the garage to prop up the frame and the mattress was not comfortable. The toilet paper holder in the hall bathroom was broken off the wall and laying on the floor. I sent an email to the owner making her aware of these problems and she thanked me so she could address them. However, it was not taken care of while……

“We stayed at The Lodge at Our Texas Ranch for a couple of nights to attend a funeral. Staying at the property with all the animals was fun and a great distraction from our sadness. The host was very friendly and accommodating to us. We really enjoyed meeting all the animals and seeing them made us smile each time we stepped outside. It was the perfect setting for us! ”

“The tiny house was “as described” and met our needs nicely. The remote for operating the AC system was not intuitive, but once we figured that out it heated the home remarkably well. Owner was very responsive and helpful when I reached out to him. Thank you!”
