「Hand soap was very unsanitary and has a lot of flocculent mold inside. Our room was very small. And the shower was so confusing and they didn’t tell us how to use it. Unfortunately no one were there to ask at night when I want to take a shower. It’s unfriendly for English speaker because I can hardly communicate with the staffs.
