The staff were very helpful. The room was clean. The wifi signal was very bad. We could not operate our devices. At night there was no hot water for the shower.

Positive: Convenient location for things I needed to do near the stadium. Maid kept my room clean and well attended. Restaurant food/buffet was ok; service good; I ate there twice. Wifi was consistent. Had hot water for shower. Negative: Toilet tank did not want to refill. Some parts were replaced but still toilet did not refill consistently. Even with my manually filling the tank the toilet would not always fully flush. I used the lobby bathroom but found no toilet paper available one occasion. I did ask for a room assignment but was refused. Told the toilet would be fixed. Elevator…the only one adjacent to the lobby and rooms that I could see…wasn’t working for two days. Had to use the stairs…four flights. Stairs have some missing and loose tiles; trip hazards. Carpet is well worn in hallways with some holes. After three nights, I departed early to stay in another area hotel. Was potentially planning to extend…but certainly not given my experience!
Plumber at work…unfortunately toilet not fixed to function properly.

Desde la llegada la señorita de Front Desk parecía que te estaba haciendo un favor, contesta con monosílabos... En general el Hotel le falta mucho mantenimiento, la tina de baño sucia y no me atreví a bañarme sin sandalias, el olor a fumigación se percibía por todo el cuarto. No hay wifi ni cable, solo señal aérea.

la primera noche que pase ahi, la habitacion olia horrible, como de químicos tipo cloroformo o acetona, muy penetrante, yo llegue muy tarde casi las 11 de la noche todo el dia estuve viajando estaba realmente cansada, a pesar de mi molestia y que me dolia mucho la cabeza por el olor, no me queje, ya habia desempacado y como mi estancia seria de 6 dias pense mañana pido un cambio de habitacion, pero de modo grosero me dijeron que no me darian ningun cambio que solo olia a que habian fmigado, y ya, que la siguiente noche ya no oleria, de manera prepotente, la verdad no quiero volver a ese hotel ademas que no ponian papel higienico, tenia que pedirlo para que me pusieran en la habitacion, horrible la experiencia aparte carisimo, ese hotel,

Hicimos la reservación para una habitación doble para 3 adultos y solo dejaron 2 toallas, tuvimos que ir por la adicional los 2 días a la recepción porque no las llevan a la habitación. No había toalla de manos y me comentaron que no tenían. Papel higiénico súper limitado tuvimos que pedir uno a la camarera al otro día en la mañana y no alcanzó nos quedamos sin papel, cortina de baño y alfombras sucias en hábitacion y pasillos, no servía el control de la TV ni la caja de seguridad

Desde nuestra llegada comenzaron los problemas. El sanitario no funcionaba y el teléfono de la habitación no tenía línea, por lo que tuvimos que comunicarnos desde el celular. Aunque el personal de mantenimiento subió y resolvió algunos puntos de forma momentánea, los inconvenientes continuaron. Por la noche, al intentar bañarnos, no había agua caliente. Nos indicaron que debíamos abrir una llave del lavabo junto con la de la regadera para “purgar” el sistema; el agua caliente salió, pero con muy poca presión. Posteriormente nos informaron que no podían hacer nada más hasta el día siguiente. La habitación presentaba condiciones inaceptables: la cama no tenía cubrecolchón y el colchón estaba manchado, con evidente aspecto de suciedad; la cortina de la regadera tenía moho, lo cual es un problema serio de higiene; el control de la televisión no tenía pilas y, aunque fue cambiado, no funcionó; las conexiones eléctricas no servían correctamente y el internet es prácticamente inutilizable, ya que, según el propio personal, la red se satura. Al acudir a recepción durante la noche, nos dijeron que no podían ofrecer soluciones porque el hotel estaba lleno, no había personal disponible y el gerente no podía ser molestado. Cerca de la 1:00 a.m., la única “solución” fue entregarnos unas cobijas, lo cual no resolvía ninguno de los problemas reportados. Por la mañana intenté hablar con el gerente. Su actitud fue evasiva, limitándose a decir que “todo se soluciona”, negándose a cambiar
