My husband and I arrived at Mansion Borbon last night Sep. 13, 2022 at 10:15PM. The building was completely dark and the entrance gate was closed. I rang the bell and a sound system replied in Spanish “no response.” I tried again with the same result. I called the number in Google Maps, again no response. I went into the hotel website, called the number there, a person directed me to the “exit” gate, which was also closed, but that someone would open for us. After 10 minutes waiting and another 2 unsuccessful phone calls requesting the same to the same person, we decided to go to another hotel. I expect not to be charged as a “no show,” considering that in this case it was the hotel which was a “no show.”

Es un encanto de hotel boutique. La casa fue construida en 1940 , si lo solicitas el personal te da un recorrido para que la conozcas y si hay la oportunidad te enseñan las habitaciones que tienen detalles unicos.

El hotel está muy bonito, pero tuvieron graduación y el ruido era espantoso. No pudimos dormir. No nos avisaron, para que mejor cancelaramos. No abrieron restaurant y bar, porque tenian graduación. Mejor que bloqueen las habitaciones, para esas fechas

No es un hotel boutique no cumple servicio ofertad

El check in fue por servicio de vigilancia, sin conocimiento alguno del hotel. Le pedí cobijas extras por frío en la Habitación y me trajo un cubrecolchon. No me explico nada del hotel. No cumplieron con los horarios de desayuno, por lo que al día siguiente no recibí este servicio. Dejan el checkin a vigilancia sin entrenamiento de los servicios del hotel, sin entrenamiento de atención a clientes. Esto no es culpa del Vigilante, es culpa de gerencia que no se preocupa por su personal ni por los huéspedes que llegan después de las 6pm. Además fui el único huésped de domingo a miércoles. Los consumibles (jabones) no son de un hotel Boutique. Son corrientes y muy básicos. No tienen pantunflas en las habitaciones. Salir y entrar del hotel: hay que tocar un timbre para que abra el De vigilancia. Paredes con humedad, Dañadas por golpes y despintadas. Nunca nadie me explicó los servicios del hotel. Más que un hotel, es una casa hermosa, adaptada para eventos, servicios de boda/catering. No tienen interés en servicios de hospedaje. Eso es un extra para los eventos. Las bodas en fin de semana rentan las 8? Habitaciones. Pero entre semana está vacío Pedí cambio de habitación por que la regadera estaba rota y salpicaba todo el baño (y después me enteré que lo sabían desde 2 días antes de mi checkin, y aún así me dieron esa habitación) Las tuberías son viejas y en la otra habitación el lavabo escurría. Podrían invertir en doble ventana por ruido de calle

Mi estancia en este hotel fue fantástica , desde que entras al lugar te maravillas, es una joya dentro de la ciudad a pocas cuadras del centro histórico , es una mansión basada en la película “Lo que el viento se llevó”, tiene detalles increíbles de decoración y mi habitación ni se diga , volveré pronto , el servicio de 10.

Encanto de hotel boutique

Excelente opción, es un lugar fantástico que supera expectativas, con detalle en todos lados del lugar, y cuando no crees que más te pueda sorprender, tienes una exclusiva alberca para los huéspedes que normalmente en esta categoría boutique no se encuentra con facilidad y una moto clásica BMW en una cava de vinos WOW.
