All of us had enjoyable time there and would probably stay there again next time. - Convenient location. Shops, resto everywhere downstairs. - Unexpectedly quiet even only one floor from the main street - Neat and tidy - Friendly and welcoming host, Paolo who is very responsive and willing to provide travelling trips in Sorrento and Amalfi coast」

「Amazing stay!! Highly recommend! My family came with us and occupied all 7 rooms. There was a bathroom in each and several half baths - perfect for a large group. Domiano was amazing! So helpful from the beginning! He speaks wonderful English and has a bunch of recommendations and help if you need anything. The pool was not heated, that was our only complaint:p the outside is beautiful with a patio area with lots of chairs and tables. It also has two upper balconies. It can get quite windy...

「Our room was excellent. Spacious, comfortable, large bathroom, meticulously clean. Breakfast was plentiful and excellent. Vera, the owner, was a charm. Know the best places to eat and how to get around. 3 blocks from train station, 2 blocks into center of town. For the money, unbeatable. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Easy ferry to Positano, Amalfi and Capri. Don't miss Pompeii......a wonder of the world. Get a tour guide, ours was excellent. Ciao.」

「Maison Iovino is a great accommodation at a great location. When booking, I was a little apprehensive, as it was not a typical hotel. But after checking in, we found it to be better than a hotel. There were several rooms at the facility, and the facility was new and stylishly furnished. Its location on the main street is super convenient. Our host Maximo was very friendly and helpful. He gave us good restaurant and laundromat recommendations, and was even helpful in booking tours after hours....

「We stayed for 3 nights in May while visiting Italy. I can't say enough positive things about the Ara Maris. We were in a room overlooking the rear pool/garden with a private hot tub. We did not miss viewing the sea as we'd seen it throughout the day. The room was spacious and we especially appreciated the double sinks and the separate water closet. The room was well appointed (above and beyond other 5 stars) with flip flops, tote for the pool and a Dyson hair dryer. Appreciated the fresh...

「Good central location close to Sorrento train station and main shopping street. Buffet breakfast with beautiful dining area. The hotel is old and dated fittings could be visibly seen in the room. We disliked the air-con & ventilation most, as according to reception, it would function only when we set it at least 2 degree higher than current in-room temperature. We wanted anything below 24 degree and end up not having ventilation for the night.」
