Very nice host and cozy house

The host is super nice and helpful. The house is cozy, has a well equipped kitchen, a beautiful outside area and was very clean and tidy. We stayed there with 3 people and a dog.Highly recommend if you want a calm and cozy home to stay at :)

Disappointing

We did not enjoy our stay at this house, to say the least. We, a small family of 5 (one baby, a young couple and father and mother) even left earlier during the week for a different accommodation. This had several reasons: - The house is really small, situated at the back of a larger house (not part of the property). It has a decent terrace, but this borders directly to the - messy - terrace of the care taker, Alice, who lives in a similar house at the back of the larger house. This is not shown on the pictures. To say this is a villa is misleading. - The care taker really kept an eye on us. Friendly or not, this is not what you expect on you holiday address. We got several notes left on our table outside saying we cannot do this, do that, pay attention to this - although she did not gave us a proper explanation on arrival. Really weird, she could also communicate to us directly. - There are no views on the bay from the house, although this is advertised. The views which are shown are not visible because of olive trees. A lower natural terrace allows you views over the bay, but that is not part of the property. - The rooms cannot be naturally cooled: because all windows and the house is faced south, it stayed 30+ degrees at night during our stay with fans on. Luckily the house has screens; there a lot of mosquitos during the evening hours. - One bedroom is so small it hardly fits the two person bed, the other bedroom was dusty and had a pull-out couch that doubles as a - really uncomfortable - bed for two persons. Price / quality is poor, it does not sleep 5 persons comfortably. - On top of this, one incident made us decide to leave directly: Alice notified us there was a wasp nest somewhere close to the house. She asked us if we were OK if someone would take care of the wasps with poison. That was OK, but as long as we were not there, because of the baby. We told her that during the day we would be on the beach, so that would be the right time. In stead, we were woken up in the morning around 7am by a man in a special suit (accompanied by Alice) spraying poison below our open bedroom window where the baby was also sleeping! We packed our stuff the same day and left, really disappointing.

Magnifique séjour

La maison est très propre, la mer accessible en 20 minutes à pied, superbe vue. Alice la propriétaire est très gentille. Nous avions la maison pour nous, tout était très bien.

Relax e panorama

Se ti piace camminare è perfetto quale posizione silenziosa e rilassante. Da diversi sentieri vicino alla proprietà puoi arrivare in un quarto d’ora al madre ed in centro paese. Il mare con Costa scogliosa è molto pulito e godibile soprattutto a settembre.

Passeggiate tra mare e sentieri

Belle vacanze, io, la mia compagna e i nostri gatti siamo pienamente soddisfatti! Lerici, oltre ad essere già di per sè incantevole, si trova in una zona strategica per visitare cinque terre e Toscana. La casa si trova in una zona periferica, cosa che qualcuno potrebbe ritenere poco pratica, ma che noi abbiamo apprezzato parecchio trovandola pittoresca e tranquilla, ed essendo appassionati di trekking(andate a visitare l’isola Palmaria!!!) coglievamo l’occasione di piccoli spostamenti per fare due passi tra i moltissimi sentieri; comunque per chi fosse un po’ pigro la fermata del pullman è letteralmente fuori casa. Alice la proprietaria è stata gentile e disponibile, ci ha consegnato casa pulita, assicurandosi che avessimo tutto il necessario e molte utili informazioni per godere del nostro soggiorno! Nel complesso un esperienza molto piacevole che consiglio... Buone vacanze!

La casa di Alice<

Ho passato quasi due settimane in pace e in armonia con la natura circondata da alberi di ulivo e canti delle cicale. I giorni sono volati tra giornate al mare nella vicina Baia Blu e bellissime passeggiate al tramonto tra le strette viuzze e le tipiche scalinate a terrazza che caratterizzano la parte più antica del borgo ligure. La casa è sulle colline di Lerici, su due piani, piccolina comoda e funzionale. A pianterreno cucina e bagno, al primo piano due camere con bagno e un magnifico terrazzo. Antistante all'ingresso della casa, un grande spazio/patio in cotto con gazebo dove si possono trascorrere piacevoli momenti di relax, serate e cene, immersi nella fresca macchia mediterranea che scende giù e giù, fino al mare che fa capolino tra gli alberi. Da appassionata di Giardinaggio mi sono presa cura delle piante di Alice e la ringrazio per avermelo permesso. Grazie Alice, spero di tornare presto! Rosalba

Location san terenzo

La maison est conforme à la description et aux photos cuisine équipée correctement pour cuisiner. Très belle terrasse ombragée avec petit barbecue Maison bien située pour visiter porto vénère et les 5 terres en train ou en bateaux. Concernant l accès à la plage à pied le chemin est relativement raide. Alice est une personne très gentille et accueillante qui parle français et donne de bons conseils. Région magnifique.

Glatter Reinfall

Wir waren so enttäuscht, dass wir 1 Woche früher zurück gereist sind, nicht nur dass die Einrichtung schon sehr abgewohnt und zusammengewürfelt war, waren alle Räume muffig und die Ecken schon lange nicht gereinigt . Es gab weder Kaffeemaschine, noch Wasserkocher noch Bettdecken. Im Küchenschrank roch es alt und sehr unappetitlich. Es gab keine zwei Schlafzimmer, dies war ein wichtiges Kriterium für unsere Wahl. Das Bad war ca 1,5 qm und das Klo ca 1 qm klein. Absolutes No go. Im sogenannten Wohnzimmer gab es keinen Tisch. Glücklicherweise war die Vermieterin noch 2 Tage anwesend so dass wir ihr das zeigen konnten und unsere Reise verkürzten. Ausgemacht war eine Rückzahlung, deren Überweisung abzuwarten bleibt. Lerici war total überfüllt, der Strand voller Menschen und der Ort klebte am Berg. Nie wieder. Eigentlich hat dieses Haus keinen Stern verdient

Das Haus ist praktikabel eingerichtet, ohne Luxus, aber sauber

Wir waren vom 22.7.-3.8.18 für 12 Tage mit unseren 3 Kindern (5, 8 und 10 Jahre alt) dort und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Badezimmer/Dusche und WC sind recht eng, aber das hat uns nicht gestört, da wir alle recht klein sind! Große Menschen könnten hier Probleme haben! Das Umfeld und der Ausblick sind super! Wir haben ausschließlich auf der Terrasse gegessen! Störend war die v.a. ab 18 Uhr immens große Anzahl an Mücken, die auch trotz Autan etc. gelegentlich weiter gestochen haben! An allen Fenstern sind allerdings Mückengitter angebracht!!! Das Leitungswasser ist als Trinkwasser geeignet! Zum Strand sind wir mit den Kindern ca. 30 Minuten gelaufen! Alice ist sehr herzlich und es ist ihr sehr daran gelegen, dass sich die Gäste wohl fühlen! Sie hat uns tolle Tipps gegeben, z.B. Tellaro, ein Traum! Vielen Dank!!!

Un lieu tranquille avec une agréable terrasse

Très agréable: Une situation tranquille. Une grande terrasse ombragée entourée d'oliviers. La possibilité de faire un barbecue. Une douche qui fonctionne très bien (un peu exiguë). Un grand réfrigérateur et une cuisine correctement équipée. De nombreuses places de rangement. Des lits confortables. La machine à laver. Moins agréable: Une chambre matrimoniale exiguë. A l'étage, un wc, un bidet et un minuscule lavabo sur une surface de 1m2. De plus la chasse d'eau est inaccessible aux enfants, il faut donc systématiquement les accompagner. Les lits n'ont pas de draps de dessus et le matin quand on a envie de se couvrir, on doit le faire avec le couvre-lit. Les exigences communales en matière de tri et de gestion des ordures, intéressantes au niveau écologique, sont complexes et mal pratiques lors de séjours ce courte durée. Désagréable: En période de forte chaleur les chambres, qui sont les 2 situées à l'étage, sont très chaudes. Il est donc difficile de s'endormir avant 2-3 heures du matin car elles sont situées sous un toit qui n'est pas isolé. Enfin, Alice est est une personne charmante et de bon service.

Lerici house with garden

The apartment was very nice, clean and comfortable. The owners provided lots of information to help us enjoy the area. The house is in a quiet, rural location, a 15 minute walk from the village and beach of San Terenzo. We walked to town down a narrow, ancient mule trail. The deck was lovely; we often ate our meals outside under the olive trees. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

Traumhaft

Wir waren in der zweiten Septemberwoche dort, fanden alles wie beschrieben vor. Die Betreuung war sehr gut, liebenswert und fast familiär, so fanden wir uns schnell zurecht. Kein Luxus, aber solide zum Wohlfühlen. Den Blick über die Olivenbäume zum Meer wird man so schnell nicht vergessen. Die Lage ist super, zum Strand sind es zu Fuß knappe 20 Minuten, aber auch als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Ausflüge: Portovenere oder Cinque Terre, alles ist nicht weit entfernt. Und das Grundstück selbst ist so ruhig gelegen, dass man das Auto auch mal einen Tag stehen lassen und ganz entspannt abhängen kann, ohne immer etwas unternehmen zu müssen. Gerne wieder, lieber heute als morgen!

Très belle situation, maison agréable avec une superbe vue!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette maison. Il y avait tout ce qu'il nous fallait au niveau de la cuisine, et du linge de maison. Alice a su nous indiquer les bons endroits à visiter. Nous sommes prêts d'une petite boutique qui fournit tout l'appoint nécessaire, avec des fruits et légumes locaux. Pour aller à la plage il faut descendre un petit chemin, environ 10/15 minutes à pied. Le village de San Terenzo est vraiment typique de l'Italie. Nous conseillons le resto "sans touriste" à Solaro, en contrebas de la via militare, des pâtes fraîches, de la seiche, etc...merveilleux! Nous conseillons cette location.

Relax sotto gli ulivi

La casetta sopra Lerici è il luogo ideale per riposare nella pace e nella tranquillità. Un bellissimo terrazzo sul mare e immerso nel verde della macchia mediterranea ti accolgono e ti invitano a rilassarti e a godere del profumo, del fresco e del buon cibo. Tramite comodi sentieri si può accedere rapidamente al mare e a tutti i servizi necessari. Se non si è grandi camminatori si può utilizzare il servizio pubblico che è comodissimo. La proprietaria, Alice, è una ragazza deliziosa che vi darà preziosi consigli. All'interno la casa è arredata in modo spartano ma ha tutte le comodità necessarie.

Nettes Häuschen, tolle Umgebung

Freundlicher Empfang durch Alice. Häuschen hat alles, was man braucht. Umgebung (insbesondere Lerici und La Spezia) einfach traumhaft.

Un bel posto in Liguria

La casa si trova in un posto molto bello: le colline di Lerici. Dal terrazzo si vede il mare e la città. Siamo stati in questa casa col nostro cane e ci siamo trovati molto bene. In 20 min. si può arrivare in spiaggia. Abbastanza vicino potete trovare dei piccoli negozietti, bar, e se scendete a San Terenzo c'è di tutto (anche supermercati, farmacie, etc.). La proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile. Consiglio questo posto! :)

ottima posizione

Casa ben attrezzata, pulita e confortevole, ottima posizione (ideale come punto di partenza per diverse escursioni), posto tranquillo e riservato, panorama meraviglioso. Ideale per famiglie con bambini e con animali. Speriamo di tornarci.

Belle petite maison avec vue superbe

Réservation conforme à la description. Petite maison sur 2 niveaux. Le premier avec une salle à manger/cuisine + la salle de douche avec un lavabo et le lave linge. Le second composé d'une chambre avec lit double plus une autre pièce qui est un salon avec un canapé convertible en lit double plus un fauteuil transformable en lit simple. Draps et serviettes compris. Bref conforme à la description. Propriétaire parlant français et arrangeante. Seul petit bémol le gaz pour le chauffage est en plus du prix comme annoncé par la propriétaire par contre attention ça consomme sacrément (6jours 40 m3 soit 45€).

UN BIANCO VASCELLO IN MURATURA

L'acqua scrosciava impetuosa nella notte ma sembrava accarezzare le sue mura, i lampi violacei la illuminavano ed il tuoni a seguire sembravano dei rimbrotti, non eravamo piu' sulle colline di Lerici ma su un bianco vascello che affrontava la sua tempesta e ci ha resi protagonisti della sua esperienza nel navigare pur essendo saldamente legata alla terra. Il bianco vascello in muratura ci ha regalato l'esperienza piu' bella, la navigazione in terra asciutta con tutto il sapore del mare, la sera dal suo terrazzino con vista sulla baia di Lerici diventava il nostro ponte di comando, un contatto visivo dalle stelle al mare, dalla terra al cielo passando dagli ulivi. Terra e mare fusi insieme soggetti con anime diverse il dualismo Ligure che affonda le sue radici nel mare ma che resta saldamente legato alla terra, questo è quanto ci ha comunicato il vascello in muratura che ci ha ospitato per due settimane. Grazie
