"Duplex apartment 4P of 80 M², located on the 3rd floor, able to accommodate up to 7 people.
It has a private covered parking space and a ski locker.
The sleeping arrangements are organised as follows, bedroom 1: 1x140, bedroom 2: 1X140, bedroom 3: 3X90 (bunk beds)
The apartment consists of two bathrooms, one with a bath, one with a shower.
The kitchen is equipped with the following items: filter coffee maker + double espresso coffee maker, Kettle, Teapot, Toaster, Oven, Raclette machine, Tumble dryer, fondue appliance, 3 induction hob rings, Dishwasher, Washing Machine.
The apartment also includes 1 TV, a wifi connection and benefits from a balcony with S/E HAMLET/SLOPE exposure.
Pets are not accepted and the apartment is non-smoking. Sheets and towels are not provided by default. This is an additional service offered by the agency.
The residence is located at the foot of the slopes next to the Chamois ski lift, 5 minutes walk from the resort centre.
In winter, ski return at the doorstep, the ESF is 10 minutes walk.
In summer, mountain bike activity is accessible with the same ski lift, many hiking trails and an aquatic centre open during school holiday periods.
The spa is nearby and accessible during the winter season.
The Granges bar brasserie restaurant ""Le Kaktuss"" welcomes you all day during the seasons.
The residence shop ""La Grange Prapoutel"" offers for rent: skis, snowboard, snowscoot, sledges, scooters, snowshoes.
