Floor: parquet. Ski locker on the first floor. Outdoor parking.

This residence is located 300 m from the shops located below, and the ski lifts, nice panoramic view of Lake Matemale and the old village.
When snow conditions permit, skiers can reach the foot of the residence via the green slope.
