Les Angles new year stay 2023/2024

We had a great week staying at Le Chalet Perce-Neiges. Was perfect size for 2 families and the chalet was very homely and warm. Views over the lake and mountain were amazing. Has everything you need, although we weren't aware towels weren't included but this was only a minor gripe. Walking distance from town, which was especially nice on our last 2 nights when snow finally arrived. Would definitely recommend.

Le Chalet Perce-Neige Beautiful and calm stay. The negative was the communication with the agency. Wouldn’t book it again with them. Before arriving I had to tell them my arrival time and they wasn’t there at the arrival time. Communication wasn’t good at all. They said just via mail or phone and when I mailed to them twice no one answered so as a foreign you have to call them. When I arrived they said just via phone call but then please let the people know just phone call and not email if you don’t answer them. After arriving they said I could message them via Whats App and it was the same that no one answered. WiFi was difficult to find ( on the top of the wardrobe with long password) would recommend an easier access. No bedsheets/ no towels / no toilet paper available. Would mention it in the description additional. Everything else was good

Super séjour

Vous pouvez louer le chalet les yeux fermés et une fois sur place vos yeux seront éblouis par le panorama et le côté cocooning. Cuisine super équipée, literie extra, et 3 salles d’eau; sans oublier le poêle avec sa douce chaleur autour d’une raclette ! Et le calme car vous êtes dans une impasse, encore merci à Aurelia, service de conciergerie qui gentiment s’est adaptée à nos horaires

Le Chalet Perce-Neige "Le chalet est magnifique pour un séjour dans la nature, la vue sur le lac Matemale et les montagnes est splendide. L'intérieur, les salles de bains et les chambres sont très bien entretenues et confortables. La cuisine est bien équipée. Excellente relation qualité-prix. Attention aux dimensions des divers lits, couettes et coussins : pour les séjours courts, les draps et housses ne sont pas fournis. Résultat, les housses apportées sont parfois trop petites pour les coussins, par exemple. Seul petit bémol, l'horaire de checkin sur Airbnb est indiqué comme étant de 16h00 à 20h00, cependant l'agence nous a surpris quand elle nous a informé sur la route qu'elle fermait à 18h00. Par contre, nous avons pu nous arranger avec eux pour la remise des clés malgré tout, et la communication a été très cordiale."
