Located on the 2nd floor (no lift), it comprises a 17 m² living room with open-plan fitted kitchenette, a bedroom, a shower room and a shared garden of around 500 m². Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you have several choices:
- Free parking in front of and to the side of the residence
- Free public car park 200 metres from the shops - Avenue de l'Aude
- Paid municipal multi-storey car park 200 metres away, at the end of construction.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:

- Mont-Louis-La-Cabanasse train station 14 km away (19 min by car)
