The ''Le Cote Soleil'' residence is located in the immediate vicinity of the ESF (over 6 years), the arrival of Télébourg and the ski slopes. The shops, located approximately 200 meters away, are accessible via Télébourg.

The ''Mottet'' district is ideal for skiers or for families whose children go to the Ski School. Connected to the center of the Valmorel resort by the Télébourg. Pedestrian area, underground parking reservation recommended.

- Towels : 10 €.
- High chair not delivered : 15 €.
- Baby bed not delivered : 15 €.
