hôtel très agréable et très animé

Très bon hôtel extrêmement bien placé. Personnel très agréable et souriant (attentions anglais obligatoire). Seul hic, restaurant pas à la hauteur (il manquait toujours quelque chose sur la carte).

Отоичный отель.соотношение цена-качество. Отель новый,персонал молодой и очень отзывчивый. Изначально поселили в номер на 1 этаже без вида,нам не очень понравился.на следующий день сами предложили переселить в номер с видом горы. В номерах тепло/пол подогревается. Есть все необходимое. Отличные завтраки/много горячего. В отеле прекрасный коктейльный бар с камином. Ски аут-надо немного пройти пешком(метров 100). Ски ин-прямо в отель. Обязательно вернёмся к вам.

Nous avons patienter 10 mm a l'accueil avant de pouvoir apercevoir un réceptionniste. chambre style ancien - bof - aucune chaine du cable - lit bien trop mou- salle de bain (avec raclette pour la douche) !(pour nettoyer l'eau...) serviettes non changées pour la 2e nuit.chambre bruyante le soir.. Quant au départ surprise ... frais de sejour il m'est réclamé 94 € j'ai donc demandé des explications j'ai alors payé 3.30 E ! le personnel que très très peu Français.(difficile de demander des explications.. génial vraiment pas très satisfait de mon séjour

Le personnel ne savait pas où se trouvait notre chambre! Petit déjeuner mauvais, eau pour le thé froide, œufs brouillés froid, plus de pain à 8h30!! Sont venus à 17h pour faire la chambre !!?? Et il n’y avait qu’une personne qui parlait français !!

Fabulous Hotel, couldn't recommend more

Absolutely brilliant location (ski in & out) - right on the main street in Val Thorens. Gorgeously decorated (modern but still alpine) and really helpful staff. Very cool vibe around the bar area every night and best pizza's in VT! Seriously couldn't recommend more :)
