"We stayed for one night en route to Nice airport and everything was excellent. It’s location just off the motorway allowed for an easy journey yet there was no noise from the road at all. Our hosts were very welcoming, the bed comfortable and the breakfast was simple, using lovely fresh ingredients. The setting was beautiful and the swimming pool warm and inviting. "Property is 1.5 km from town center - you can walk if you chose to (however there are small sections without walkway). But they have a shuttle that takes you to downtown. Hotel was very clean, the welcome was amazing, the room was very comfortable and breakfast included was adequate. They had free water, free snacks and the best part is the shuttle drivers - they are all young people who work there during the season traveling from different parts of Europe - amazing to have everyone speak fairly good English. The conceirge also booked all the beach clubs - it is impossible to get bookings at beach clubs unless you go through your hotel. They communicate with you on WhatsApp. Only reason I gave 4 stars was the cost was a bit high for the comforts and time of the year - we stayed in the last week before the hotel hibernates (shuts down) for 6 months - so it is not in season and the cost was still very high - I cannot imagine how expensive it will be during on-season."

"A very calm, comfortable and private villa. This was our fourth visit and we had another wonderful 2 weeks. For us it feels like a second home, we were able to settle in and relax in minutes. We love the location, walkable into Sainte Maxine, although the hill on the way back is challenging especially when hot. We use our bikes and have found numerous excellent routes around surrounding towns and villages. Also find the garage and secure parking reassuring."

"This is a wonderful property, with a terrific position - magnificent views from a superbly well laid out villa. It really is a brilliant choice for a holiday where you want to be close to the beach, wake up with a view, and be able to walk about 20 minutes into the St M. Perfect! If we were to be picky, the villa is however beginning to show signs of age - it was certainly not as clean as we would like it to have been on check-in - the outside areas in particular needed our attention. At the same time, all renters will need to be comfortable with high levels of road noise. We were but some might not be - it really is a very busy and noisy road - but that is the price for being so close to the sea. Its worth it we felt. A wonderful venue for small family, or more. We would stay again for sure."
