「Séjour au calme , dans un cadre magnifique ,le chalet est idéalement conçu , très lumineux et très bien équipé . Les hôtes sont adorables, très à l’écoute .Tout est parfait ,seul regret les températures extérieures fraîches ( pendant notre séjour) nous empêchant de profiter de la magnifique terrasse à l’heure des repas et de sa vue , mais les baies vitrées de la salle de séjour compensent . 」

「The apartment was very comfortable. All bedrooms had blackout shutters, which was very nice. Lovely balcony with a pretty view of the towns rooftops and the water in the distance. We had a car so we didn’t use the bus system too much but there is a stop literally right outside the building that will take you all over the city. And the host provides guests with passes that gives access to the bus. Very convenient. The town is very pretty, and has lots of interesting places to se. We enjoyed our...

"Neuchatel City Hotel certainly is improving. It can be better. 1. Although there is a 3-steps stairs at the lobby, having a ramp will certainly help. 2. Housekeeping can be further improved. I believed some housekeepers are very serious in their task some are just getting by. For two days, no refill for my coffees capsules. 3. I find that Hotel.com choices of rooms in Neuchatel City are very limited. More can be done in between to have availability for bookings. Especially the double large rooms with fridge. 4. Thanks to the team for their efforts to ensure guests comforts. Thanks for the fan. "
