It is located 100 meters from the slopes, 600 meters from the ski lifts and the ski school, and 700 meters from the center and shops.
Residence without elevator. Surface area : about 50 m². 3rd floor. Orientation : South. Living room with bed-settee (140), fireplace (condamée, utilisation strictement interdite). Bedroom with double bed (160). Mezzanine under mansard (-1,80 m) with 4 single beds very steep stairs, children should be supervised by an adult when going up/down. Kitchenette with dishwasher, microwave, mini-oven, 3 vitroceramics cooking rings, fridge. Shower room with shower, washing machine. Separated WC. Balcony.
