This splendid apartment combines the spirit of a mountain chalet thanks to its wooden walls and the modernity of a new residence, 4 minutes from the main ski lifts of Chavannes as well as the departures of ski lessons. In the immediate vicinity of the heart of the resort, restaurants, shops and entertainment at the tourist office for children. Its location and annexes make it an ideal accommodation for a family stay without using your vehicle.

On the first level of the apartment:
An entrance, a separate toilet, a hallway with washing machine. The living room and its bay windows are composed of a beautiful modern kitchen open to the living room opening onto a balcony of 11m2 facing South with garden furniture and not directly overlooked. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, hob x4, extractor, fridge with freezer compartment, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher... The living area with a sofa bed (extra bed), TV, FIBRE wifi to come (a 4G Airbox is at your disposal in the meantime A first bedroom en suite with double bed and shower room is also on the same level.

On the second level of the duplex, under the eaves:
A shower room, a separate toilet, a double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds.

In Annexes: a double garage in the residence with the possibility of ski and bicycle storage. Possibility to order many additional services (delivery of ski passes, additional cleaning, home chef, caterer,...) on request.
