"Be careful booking this location the room and resort were great but our building was under separate ownership which meant it was fully self catered the there were no towels no sheets for the beds only the duvet and pillows which were stained and not pleasant to sleep on. We found a cockroach in one of the kitchen appliances and there was no way of getting service from reception as they had nothing to do with the building/room. Be careful staying here "

"Needs daily cleaning especially emptying the bins in the room. No lift so it was difficult to carry luggages to the third floor. Very limited time opening with reception. You need to be in Bossonet before 7:45 pm to catch the last village bus back to the hotel if you are in the village. They serve good food options at a very reasonable price."

"We got the apartment A9 (one bedroom plus living room). The place is perfect for a family of four with young kids. Very clean. Friendly staff. Super location in the heart of Chinaillon. Ski room is super convenient at the lower level with direct access to two main ski lifts. Just wished the swimming pool would be a tad warmer (still 30c)"
