House in a gated community with a caretaker and numerous activities, near La Palmyre and Les Mathes. You will have the opportunity to enjoy all the amenities of the community: swimming pool, tennis court, volleyball court, pétanque court, and ping-pong table.
This semi-detached house features an entrance hall with a sofa bed (convertible to a double bed), a living room with an open-plan fitted and equipped kitchen, a lounge/dining room with access to the terrace, and on the mezzanine level, a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm) and two single beds. There is a shower room on the ground floor and a separate toilet. One parking space is included with the rental.
Bed linen, towels, and tea towels are not provided – these can be ordered upon request.
Cleaning services can also be ordered upon request; otherwise, a separate cleaning deposit will be required. A €500 security deposit is payable via the SWIKLY link that will be sent to you.
Pets are not allowed. This is a non-smoking apartment.
