The Villa Des Plages will offer you the following services in its 285m² living space:
On the ground floor:
- A pleasant lounge with an open fireplace, as well as seating for all guests.
- A dining room with access to a fully fitted and equipped kitchen (induction, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, wine cellar....)
- A Bedroom with its private bathroom (2 guests - queen size)
- An independent WC
- A patio with private jacuzzi (included in the rate from early May to mid-October, additional in winter period).
- A garage
- A laundry room with 2 washing machines and 1 tumble dryer
Upstairs:
- 4 bedrooms each with their own bathroom, accommodating 8 guests (3 out of 4 rooms have beds that can be separated into single beds)
- An independent WC
- A TV room
- A children's play area.
Bay windows illuminate the living space, providing a view of the garden.
Outside, you access the travertine terrace leading to the private and heated infinity pool (from early May to mid-October) of 32m² (8x4), its garden, and an outbuilding at the back of the plot.
This dependency will give you access to:
- A games and seminar space
- A room with its private bathroom and toilet, for 2 guests
In addition, a T2 apartment on the ground floor will allow you to complete this villa. It consists of a living room with an open-plan kitchen, a bedroom and its own bathroom, an independent toilet, suitable for 2 guests.
This makes the place ideal for enjoying a beautiful stay in Les Sables d'Olonne.
The Villa Des Plages is located by car 1 min from the town centre of the Olonne district (shops), 3 min from Super U + Drive, 11 min from the beaches, 3 min from Golf des Olonnes, 3 min from the Olonne sur mer station.
Deposit guarantee?
A deposit via bank card imprint is requested before arrival, and cancelled 14 days after departure if no damage is observed. No debit for the imprint nor impact on your card limit. Entirely secure by a professional.
Arrival time?
Between 5 PM and 9 PM. Possibility beyond that until 12 AM for an additional fee of €50 to be paid to the concierge.
Departure time?
Between 8am and 11am. Possibility of departure between 6 and 8am for an additional fee of €50 to be paid to the concierge.
An adjustment of schedules may be made during quieter periods and with the agreement of the concierge service.
Sheets & towels included? For your comfort, beds are made before your arrival and toilet towels are provided.
Attention: sheets and towels are optional for any stay of 2 nights or less. Do not hesitate to contact me if you need additional information on this subject.
Pets accepted? Unfortunately we no longer accept animals.
End-of-stay cleaning included? Yes, we include it mandatorily to ensure the cleanliness of the premises.
Smoking is prohibited in the accommodation and around the swimming pool, jacuzzi. Food and drinks are forbidden in the wellness areas.
Please be respectful of neighbours. Customers are kindly asked not to make external noise after 11:00 PM.
