「Probabably bad timing there were groups of guests who were making unbearable noise and were left to their noise inconviniencing other guests. The dinner buffet was great, breakfast great as well. Sitting area not so great. The rooms are set in more like a hostel feel style. The stuff was cool. 」

「This hotel is the best place to stay not just in Maseru but probably in entire Lethoso! I was to thank the manager and the emoloyee who offered me a complimentary room upgrade. The place gave me a feeling of a 5 star hotel. I really loved my stay here.」

「Location view and security aspect were outstanding. New rooms, were very clean and well organised: some lights (eg bathroom) did not work properly however, and no shelf/table space provided. Staff courteous and helpful, although some explanations needed to be extracted. Food variety and quality very good; but menu was illegible being tiny font light orange text on shiny white paper. Checkin required by guest using app was very tedious, esp on our arrival tired after a long day on the road.」

「ONe of those places where you are frustrated the scale stops at 5. Faultless. Wonderful, friendly people. Amazing gardens and location. Dinner was delicious, with some delicious wine. Breakfast too was superb. We even had the waiter come to our room in advance to ask how we liked our steaks! Not to mention discovering the 15 year old Glenmorangie behind the bar at a very reasonable price. Our laundry we done perfectly in just a couple of hours. If ever you had doubts about the possible...

「Staff was courteous. Air conditioner and TV didn’t work in Room 70 the first night and Mosotho helper moved me to Room 68 the second night. Air conditioner didn’t work in Room 68. Hot night but slept well.」

「Le lodge est très impersonnel... beaucoup de ressemblance avec un ancien hôpital. L’accueil est correct et Le personnel est disponible mais cela reste un peu en dessous par rapport à ce que l’on peut trouver ailleurs au Lesotho. La wifi ne fonctionnais pas. La vue est splendide 」

「Zimmer sehr sauber - Balkon leider seit Wochen oder Monaten nicht gesäubert. Sehr nettes, bemühtes Personal. Während unseres Aufenthaltes Probleme mit der Wasserversorgung und somit kein Duschen möglich. Für Lesotho warscheinlich guter Standard; im Vergleich zu unseren anderen Hotels in SA leider das Schlusslicht.」
