“Stayed here with my brother and both our boys, for a guys trip. This place had 4 beach chairs, 4 big comfy beach towels and a cooler. That was just what we needed. The kitchen was small, but clean and organized. Each room has its own remote to set the temperature which cooled it very well. The remote was hidden behind the curtain mounted on the wall.Walk into town, be careful to look for cars. Next door has a rundown house, but the people were friendly.Found a few board games that we could……

“The property was gorgeous, and the accommodations were very clean and comfortable. The experience was perfect, and the host was extremely knowledgeable and helpful! Unfortunately, the sargassum came in earlier than expected so we were unable to use the private beach to swim but still able to sit outside and enjoy the island breeze. There were plenty of other beaches in close proximity to enjoy and we thoroughly encourage others to make sure they do a trip to Buck Island. My daughter and I……

“AMAZING place to stay!! Location was awesome - overlooks beautiful Cruz Bay, and minutes away from restaurants and entertainment! The property manager and owners were so attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed for our stay. They even had a gorgeous fruit basket, cheese, crackers, and bottle of wine chilled upon our arrival! The cottage was clean, comfortable, and spacious. We will definitely be back!”

“Although getting to St John was a travel nightmare, once we arrived at Seabreeze we were able to enjoy our trip. The cottage is well equipped and clean; the grounds are beautiful. One of our reasons for choosing SeaBreeze was because it has a back generator, which was needed when we lost power one evening. “Peaceful getaway cottage with beautiful pool, in the perfect location. We were there to celebrate our 20th anniversary. Sarah was an amazing host and person who was conveniently in close proximity to assist with any questions or needs that we had. She was very respectful and we had wonderful conversations and really enjoyed her dog honey who plays hard to get. haha but really likes us and spent alot of time with us. “we loved our stay here. It was so fun to hear the little goats come down every morning and drink from the pool. The location is great with a beautiful view of Coral Bay and the drive to Cruz Bay wasn’t too bad which we did quite often property was clean. I will say they do need to add some weatherstripping to the outdoor shower door as there were quite a few 6 and 8 legged critters getting in but thats island life! ”

“Tommy was great to work with. Loved being able to walk to the beach. Great for sunsets. Cottage worked great for us. Note that there is no view from the cottage. It’s tucked away. If you’re looking for a place with a view this is not it. Also note the Peter Bay beach is small (narrow). Great for sitting in chairs. Not great for swimming (too rocky). But this worked for us. Enjoyed our stay.”
