"The hotel is perfectly located within Montreaux and the view of Lake Geneva is breathtaking. We did splurge to have a nice balcony overlooking the lake and did not regret a moment of it. The restaurant is fantastic as well with a wide selection of incredible meals which we did partake in. The cocktail bar does make a great drink but a little pricey compared to other cocktail bars. It is a amazing nice hotel so that makes sense. With the train station across the street and the city pass you are given it makes this location a no brainier. "

"The property is right on the lakeside and within easy walking distance from the centre of Vevey. The views lakeside are fantastic and change every day depending on the weather. It is a very relaxing place to stay. The bus runs along the main road at the main entrance side of the hotel and they are on time, frequent and there is a bus stop just less than a minutes walk away. Trains are close by too as are the paddle steamers. There is access through the hotel garden down to the promenade which runs all the way from La Tour-de-Peilz to Vevey. The hotel including the rooms are very clean and well looked after, perhaps not totally up to date and might need bringing up to date in places but that was not a problem and was really quite charming. For me the bed was very comfortable. There was no air conditioning in the room, just a fan. It was starting to get hot whilst we were there and we thought that opening the window would cause noise problems (we were roadside) but in the end we were fine. The breakfasts were good although a little bit of variation wouldn't go amis. The staff were extremely obliging and helpful except for the last morning when the young waitress in the dining room thought that it was a good idea to open the patio doors really wide which made the dining room very cold. A lot of people complained as there were a lot of elderly people there and eventually the problem was resolved. For us it was the perfect place to stay at that time. "

"The personal were excellent they provided me with a room though they were not informed of my hotel.com booking which did not come to them. The hotel was fully booked and they didn’t have my category of booked room ( and though it was not their mistake) they upgraded me for no extra cost. Also, are very helpful and their restaurant has excellent food. "
