「Good hotel, right along the interstate. We stayed here to visit the national park.」

「The staff was exceptional. They were doing the best they could to keep up. Hotel was near sold out and it was obviously understaffed. We moved a chair to play cards and there were hair products under it that had definitely been there for months, given all of the dust/hair/dirt on them.
