“The online photos are deceiving. The rooms are small, and accessibility is an issue for folks with mobility issues. Linens in the rooms were uncomfortable. Beds themselves were very springy/ uncomfortable. The hotel itself appears to be poorly maintained. High touch areas have been “spot cleaned” debris / dust/ grime evident throughout areas. Towels at the pool/ hot tub regularly not available. Towels that were available, or in the rooms had staining. Hair dryers in rooms did not work.……

“Despite the fact the facility was older and the exterior run down the room was freshly updated, very clean and had everything one would need. The staff was very accommodating and pleasant to deal with. Parking was plentiful. Would stay again.”
