"Wir mussten zweimal umziehen weil das extra Bett defekt war. Rezeption war hier nicht sehr unterstützend und überfordert. Vermutlich weil die arme Auszubildende im 2. Lehrjahr alleine war. Es handelt sich hier aber eher um ein Führungsproblem als ein Problem der Mitarbeiter.
Andere MA waren häufiger am Handy als sich im die Gäste zu kümmern "
