An old Ligurian olive oil mill, renovated and transformed into a charming apartment for 7 guests.
Set on the hill of Mesco in Levanto, the house is in the green of the olive groves.
It has a private garden with table, chairs, umbrella, and a great panoramic view over the gulf and the town.
Perfect to relax in the nature, for al fresco breakfasts and dinners.
There is also a barbecue.

Private parking for 2 cars, inside the property.
The house has to be accessed through some flights of stairs.


Location and tourist information about Levanto:
The house is 1 km from the beach.
The sea and the promenade can be reached both by car and on foot, following the main street. On foot, also through a shorter walking path in the countryside (10 minutes walk).

The apartment is in a very quiet and panoramic location, at the beginning of the road that leads to the Mesco, just over the old town of Levanto.
It's slightly set on a hill, in the green of the olive trees.
By car, it takes just a couple of minutes to get the beach.
You can reach the main beach “Bagni Casinò” with a walk: it is about 1 km from the house (15 minutes on foot).
Pets are welcome!

Levanto is the starting point for visiting the "Cinque Terre", by train, by boat and by paths.
The city is a traditional Ligurian village with its typical beaches, surroundings, inland and sightseeings.
It is a "slow city" where quality of life and food are high, making it an ideal place for families.
Its sandy beaches, perfect to enjoying holidays, are easy to reach on foot.
Some of these are free and others are well-equipped establishments.
Its unmissable bike path on the sea with its stunning views, it extends along the old railway track, which connects Levanto with the nearby towns of Bonassola and Framura.


Important information: communication between guest and host is necessary.
We always try our best to provide a great service, but, to do so, information is needed before your arrival.
- if you wish to find the beds already made, please contact us some days before your arrival with the necessary information on which bed configuration you prefer. Otherwise, we won't be able to prepare them beforehand.
- if you don't provide us with your mobile phone number, and if don't tell us your estimated time of arrival, you may have to wait some time for the receptionist to arrive and welcome you.
So, to ease communication (especially on your arrival day), please tell us your phone number and, if you use any, which instant messaging application you prefer.

Important notes:
- Check-in time: after 16:00; Check-out time: before 10:00. This timetable is necessary to allow the cleaning service to clean and reorder the apartment.
- upon check-in, all guest, including children, must provide a valid identity document. This is necessary in order to communicate and register guests to the authorities, as required by Italian law.
- upon check-in, guests have to pay a tax of 1,5€ per person, per day, only for the first 3 days, and only for guests over 14 years old. If possible, please prepare in advance the correct amount. Thank you.

The apartment is composed of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
It can comfortably host 6 people, maximum 7.
Bedrooms configuration:
- First bedroom: one double bed.
- Second bedroom: one double bed and one single bed.
- Third bedroom: two single beds (that can be joined into a double bed).

A fully equipped kitchen, with stove top, oven, fridge with freezer. Dishwasher.
Living room with table and chairs.
TV with satellite receiver, with all the free-to-air European channels.
Wi-Fi, Air conditioning.
