I proprietari alla reception sono eccezionali, veloci e sempre disponibili. La struttura è vicinissima al centro e si trova facilmente parcheggio. La colazione è completa ed abbondante, con una grande varietà di cibi bio, cosa che ho apprezzato particolarmente. Ci torneremo sicuramente

Il primo giorno pioveva ed è entrata l'acqua dal tetto. Mi hanno spostato in un'altra camera ma la cameriera è venuta solo a controllate. Non si è degnata di darmi una mano per spostare i bagagli. La colazione era al risparmio, i salumi di pessima qualità e negli ultimi giorno avevano terminato pure le bevande. Diversi giorni ho trovato briosches del giorno prima.

La struttura è un po' datata e necessiterebbe di una ristrutturazione (moquette a terra lisa e macchiata in più punti, letti scomodissimi, ...). La posizione è buona perché si gode di una bella vista ed è silenziosa, ma sarebbe utile un servizio navetta per raggiungere il lago, la stazione ferroviaria e il centro visto che la strada è in salita. Non ci sono stati illustrati i servizi dell'hotel (es. passeggini a disposizione dei clienti, Trentino Card per fruire dei trasporti gratuitamente) di cui siamo venuti a conoscenza casualmente parlando con altri ospiti. Vista la posizione sarebbe stato interessante l'organizzazione di visite guidate o comunque l'informazione su come raggiungere i luoghi di interesse senza auto, invece è tutto lasciato all'iniziativa individuale. Le bici a noleggio hanno un prezzo a giornata anche se si utilizzano per poche ore, il che rende il servizio un po' caro. Anche in questo caso non ci sono state date indicazioni sui percorsi da fare e soprattutto non ci hanno dato i caschetti né a noi né al bambino.

Siamo tornati per la seconda volta in questo hotel ed ha confermato gli aspetti positivi della prima volta, personale cordiale, Michela in primis, parcheggio disponibile di fronte all'hotel e vicinissimo al centro di Levico Terme. Ci torneremo sicuramente

Troede det var anderledes. Man skulle hver især koge sit eget æg om morgenen. Folk tog bare de æg, der var blødkogte,når man så komøg troede ens eget æg var klar, var der et andet sat i istedet,som så var helt blødt og uspiseligt .Der står det er kæledyrsvenligt,men vores lille hund måtte ikke side i restauranten under bordet,henne ved yderdøren....så det betød vi måtte sidde ude i regnvejr og spise vores morgenmad .

:-) good location :-) friendly staff :-(( poor breakfast quality: 1. coffee that comes out of the self service machine is undrinkable and long queue at peak time as only one machine for all guests 2. terrible quality of cooked "ham" (unfortunately the only meat product on the buffet). in fact this kind of meat usually is specified as "pizza bloc" as due to legal regulations this quality may not be called ham.

Hübsch und zentral gelegen, mit kleinen fehlern

Das Hotel macht von außen einen sehr netten Eindruck, wir waren in der Vorsaison dort. Unser zimmer war leider nicht so perfekt. Die WC-Spülung lief nach dem spülen weiter, auch nach einer kurz Einweisung durch den Chef des Hauses ließ sich dieses Problem nicht wirklich beheben. Auch der Raum war durch den wohl langen Leerstand über den Winter sehr muffig. Da wir nur eine Nacht dort waren haben wir es wertragen, und wurden am Morgemn durch das gute Früstück ein wenig entschädigt.
