The amenities were all very tasteful (especially the cedar hot tub!) and the outside lights really tied together the cozy mountain cabin vibes at night. “My friend and I had an amazing time. The views from the window were incredible. The space was roomy and beautiful furnished. The outdoor hot tub was very enjoyable. Overall it was a great couple of days away in the quiet of upstate NY. We also checked out the local goat sanctuary and did a winter hike with the goats which was such a fun experience. We were able to try a dinner tasting menu at Bittersweet (at Hemlock in Neversink, NY) which was beautifully prepared and delicious. Overall a great……

“We had such a great stay here. With 6 adults, it was great to have 3 bathrooms and enough living room seating for everyone! The furniture is not only stylish, but also incredibly comfortable. My only complaint was the sink water does not taste good, but that was because I am not used to well water. We simply drove back into margaretville for some cases of water for the long weekend! And the host is comping us for the water. Thank you for having us, we will be back!”

“This place is in one of the nicest places in the Catskills close to a number of hiking trails. Very efficient utilization of living space and lots of open space to play and do other activities. Good office where you can get a number of games to play. Very prompt service from the host. Few utensils can be added to the kitchen.”

“The living room was the star with comfy couches, jukebox, wood-burning stove, game table, and silly hats. Our teens actually turned into humans! The kitchen was well-appointed (even plastic baggies), and there were umbrellas and flashlights. The beds were comfortable. good location near the lake and close to town. The hosts were helpful and welcoming. We got tired of keeping the kitchen wood-burning stove going and how smoky it made the house and our clothing. We didn't prefer the crowded……

All logistics/ practicalities on point... communications gracious, the location is perfect, this cozy cabins minimalistic 70s charm is highlighted by having all windows & decks so you feel connected to outside even inside!! Perfect & charming... We celebrated the Solar Eclipse here and can't wait to come back before the next one, lol!!!”
