「Short stay, but convenient to shops and a bike trail」

「We had the pleasure of being the first guests at this condo! The condo is cozy and spacious, just as pictured. There was plenty of room for everyone and the sunroom and porch are great features. The porch is the perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee with relaxing views of the pond. The condo was within easy driving distance of everywhere we wanted to go. Charlene was very accommodating both before and during our trip, making sure we had everything we needed. She even provided a welcome basket...

「This condo had such a pretty view! We enjoyed hearing and watching the birds each morning. It was a peaceful, quiet and safe community. They had several little extra touches, plenty of linens, pillows, blankets, towels and a well stocked kitchen. We loved the showers. The shower heads and water pressure was better than units we have booked in the past. We had everything we needed and would return again!」

「We had a wonderful stay at this condo. The location was very convenient to Henlopen State Park with Delaware Bay beach practically out the front door of the bldg. If you're a DQ fan, there's one right across the street. It was very clean & easy to communicate with Vacasa.The listing says 2 BRs plus pull out sofa in separate room, sleeping 6. There is only 1 BR, plus the pull out sofa in the separate room. It only sleeps 4.The sofa and loveseat in the main room are not comfortable for sitting...

「The property is very nice. The location is good. The condo was clean, equipped with everything you may need. Overall an amazing vacation. The host was very helpful and answered questions. Access to the property was very easy. No key to have to stop and get. The keyless entry box was amazing!! We will definitely be booking there for next year!!」
