「We had a wonderful stay at this condo. The location was very convenient to Henlopen State Park with Delaware Bay beach practically out the front door of the bldg. If you're a DQ fan, there's one right across the street. It was very clean & easy to communicate with Vacasa.The listing says 2 BRs plus pull out sofa in separate room, sleeping 6. There is only 1 BR, plus the pull out sofa in the separate room. It only sleeps 4.The sofa and loveseat in the main room are not comfortable for sitting...

「Faith's place is perfectly located between several beaches and Henlopen State Park, so relaxation on a beach by the ocean is just a few minutes away. We have stayed here three times now, and plans are in the works for next year already. Great cozy retreat after a long day of hiking, dolphin watching, or just enjoying the historic Lewes downtown area. Excellent HOST!」

「It was beautiful, clean and very conveniently located near to Lewes and Rehoboth Beach. Had trouble with front door lock; followed online instructions and it did not work. Luckily the keypad at very top of door worked to get in and out. How it actually worked and instructions did not match. Refrigerator beeped for approximately 10 minutes when opening right door of it.」

「Overall we really liked this property. The location was excellent - it was close to the beach and to other cute local places like Amato’s pizza. Kitchen and living room were very spacious and well furnished. The little back porch was also nice! Check in and out process were also super easy. There were two things that we had an issue with but they didn’t necessarily ruin our experience here. The first was the fact that this company wouldn’t allow us a refund once we booked the trip which always...

「I had a wonderful stay here to celebrate my 40th birthday. The unit was well appointed and clean. The amenities at the residences were also great! We left the kids at home this time but next time I will definitely bring the kids. They’d love the pool area and fire pits!」

「The location is great and the covered porch is nice. The mattresses could use updating, especially the 3 in the front bedroom. We found trash leftover from the previous guests, so I'm not sure the cleaning crew is actually cleaning. I think they are just changing linens and cleaning bathrooms. Needs more detailed cleaning and overall maintenance. We had to change lightbulbs in 2 lights. The kitchen dishes, glass and silverware are fine, but there are only 2 mini coffee pots and a keurig. ...
