「Clean comfortable quiet. I liked that the shower had bars for safety and the strips in bottom. Helpful. Parking good」

「All of the staff that I met were amazing, Eli Claire, Vikki and Michael all went above and beyond the call of duty… The bed and pillows were great, excellent location and amenities were wonderful warm cookies and milk 24 seven coffee and water as well as sparkling sodas… Very cool that the washer and dryer were preloaded with detergent and were free… I would definitely recommend this property to anyone… It was in a quiet area, and the rooms were pretty soundproofed… Anytime I visit Great Falls...

「The hotel is tired. Bathroom faucet pulled out of the wall when I turned shower on, this was a little terrifying lol. One bath towel provided. Coffee maker did not work. Overall I guess you pay for what you get as it did not cost much to stay. Our server in the bar& grill restaurant was absolutely awesome and I wish I remembered her name so I could give a shout out! The food was good too.」

「Unfortunately there was no one on staff for the weekend. That was advertised on the door but not on Expedia nor anywhere on the Aisling's website. It is a long stay place and is in a bit of a rough area. We did not stay so cannot comment on the actual amenities.」

「This property is perfect for a one or two night stay downtown. While it isn't super nice, it has good underground parking, they have a breakfast area and do breakfasts. The lobby offers pamphlets on things to do around Great Falls and the rooms are nice enough you are comfortable. At least I always am and I have stayed here many times. AC worked great, bed was comfy, shower was clean and worked well. Provided toiletries which is nice.」

「Maybe what you expect is relevant to what you pay. Room had desk but no chair. Lazy boy type of chair that we’ll most would not sit in. Some lights worked where others would not. Plus side there was hot water.」

「Hotel needs a lot of modernization. Bath was strained brown, there was some kind of mold or something behind the toilet bowl. Breakfast was not good. Tiny muffins with no description. People screaming at each other at about 1 am!! And someone running up and down the hallway. This is not as promised In the brochure. I was embarrassed as I had booked a friend a room on our journey back home and this was the place I booked. Wish I could get a refund.」

「The price of the property was good as well as the location, but the cleanliness know I found a hair on what was supposed to be a clean towel… The door was very difficult to enter every time and there was no icemaker on any floors. The guest was responsible for filling the ice cube trays which were not filled upon coming into the room. I would not recommend this hotel.」
