「One of my two rooms smelled awful」

「Beverly was a wonderful help. I was arriving at 3am and had called to let them know. They were very helpful. Beverly had me all ready to go and made me a cup of ice water. The room was great. The person setting up breakfast needs more training. They chopped up the strawberries with the leaves still on them. They were not making sure that things were kept full. They over warmed the bread items and made them hard.」

「There are dog paw prints on the sheets, the airconditioner in the room is very noisy, and it is also noisy outside the window near the highway.」

「I stay at days in sevarl times not tv for hours took going to office and callings. Bath tub shower was messed up no one comes to clean room plus did not bring clean items to you.. the smell in my room was bad」

「I checked in and checked out within the first hour. 1. The room. Smelled of cigarettes even though I reserved a non smoking room. 2. There was graffiti on the bathroom window and the privacy barrier had holes in it. 3. The weather stripping was missing from the door, 4. The furniture was moist and had cigarette ashes and smelled of mold. 5. There were people with young children smoking illegal substances infront of the door. 6.
