“We loved our short stay here. The house is beautiful and really well decorated. The picture windows overlooking the lake were the best part. We have 3 kids and preferred staying on this inlet of the lake over the main lake. The water was calm and the kids could kayak and paddle boat easily. We had two families of ducks that would swim nearby. The house had everything we could need to cook our own meals. And we really enjoyed the fire pit and s’mores in the evening.We loved our stay! ”

The amount of water equipment that was readily accessible to use was a super plus! Our host Steve and Desni were magnificent. They were very prompt in responding when needed. “This is truly a vintage cottage with a private waterfront setting.The cottage is very comfortable. I was there with my two goldens, plenty of room for them to swim and run. This would be a great spot for a family with young children. My only disappointment: I was expecting a kayak as pictured in the listing.”

“House was very clean with the exception of some dust/sand on floors, even though you could not see it walking on the floors in bare feet always felt that that maybe a good washing was needed. We just swept with the broom/vacuum and it was better. But one thing that really stood out when arriving is the cement stairs dug into the hill that you needed to go down to get to the house. So glad that there was a railing to hold onto because the stairs were not level at all. This posed a real threat to……
