Five generations have lived here. There is a lot of love in this house and we are excited to share it with people who want more of a homey experience when they are visiting Lewiston. This is a one bedroom space, second floor, off street parking in the Webber Ave neighborhood. It is close to Shaws, downtown businesses and restaurants, and the Downtown Lewiston Art District. It has a washer and dryer, brand new 5 burner stove, fridge, coffee pot, toaster, microwave, and ofcourse, local art!
The space
This is a second floor space with private access and off street parking a few steps away fron the entrance. The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood not far from Shaws, Planet Fitness and downtown businesses and restaurants. At the top of the stairs you will find a landing and then enter into the kitchen. There is a small laundry room, bathroom and bedroom and then a living room to the right. The apartment is more of a wide open concept.
Guest access
Guests have a private entrance leading directly to the apartment from the side street entrance. The neighborhood is good for walking or jogging.
Other things to note
One of the owners lives on site on the first floor and owns a well behaved Great Pyrenees.
