「Every single planter/non-paved area was full of dog poop. I’m convinced that nobody has ever picked up the poop at this ”dog friendly” hotel in the entirety of its existence. The room I stayed in was ugly, there was dirt in the corners of the floor in the main room and the bathroom, the bed was lumpy and uncomfortable, it was a really crappy place altogether. It was just a one night stopover for me, but if I had planned a longer stay I would have definitely left and found somewhere better!」

「Convenient, private location in the heart of Weaverville! The room was very comfortable and clean, and I felt right at home.」

「Property was very clean and just as pictured. Wonderful place to stay while visiting family nearby. Host was very easy to communicate with. My husband has a service dog - Kona - who also loved staying there too. Would love to stay there again.」

「Easy to find, right off the highway and centrally located in Weaverville. Clean and cozy.」

「It was a great place. If you show up in the dark there is a salmon on the fence. Perfect for our family to break up the drive to the coast.」

「Everything was wonderful! The host had great communication and everything went smoothly. Any questions we had she was quick to answer. The hot tub and pool were clean and we enjoyed using both. Would highly recommend!!」

「Great experience and Cindy was amazing!!!!」

「Comfortable and simple…exactly what we needed.」

「This apartment was spacious and lovely. Outside we sat on a delightful patio overlooking the lush ravine and watched the sunset. The grounds were nice and It was a short walk to the Sacramento river trail, which does go along the river. We walked all the way across a bridge into a cute park, about a half hour walk. We would stay here again.」

「Overall it’s so so, but very noisy, I can hear the noise from road through the wall the whole night, looks like no insulation at all. There is an AC on that wall, also possible that they didn’t seal it completely. 」
