The location was very quiet, clean and the staff was top notch! Everyone was so very friendly and made sure my husband and I were as comfortable as we could be just staying for one night. We plan on staying again when traveling back to the area for the next antique show.

Mold in the sink and shower. Shower was dirty. Unpleasant smells everywhere on the hotel. Continental Breakfast was very sad. No cream cheese for bagels, juice was watery, and only peach or Trix flavors for yogurt.

This was my second time staying at this property with my family which I had two little children with me as well and both times was a great experience. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. I’m definitely BIG on hotel breakfast and I must say it’s a hit every time, love the waffle maker. Only thing I will say is that the shower floors can use some extra cleaning but overall we were satisfied and plan on coming back again. Thank your

The staff was perfect. The room clean and relatively new, and the breakfast okay. The glaring issue is the landscaping and outward appearance of the building. My guess is the inside was recently renovated. If they allow it to deteriorate like the outside is doing, they are doomed.

We had a large, clean and comfortable room. We had a delicious breakfast selection and coffee to drink all day if we wanted it. It had an excellent fitness room. Our room had a shade that wouldn't go up at all, but that was a minor issue on our stay. Princess, the front desk clerk, was very nice and helpful to us.

Shower took 32 minutes running to get hot water, I timed it just to see. Toilet seat was not fastened. Floor in room was sticky, dropped a white washcloth on the floor and drug it with my foot, was filthy. Assume they never mop the floors. Co worker was disgusted, sheets had stains that he called “blood” probably better options in the area.

This hotel looked good from the outside and photos on Expedia. I found black mold in the shower, used condoms on the floor behind bed, dirty floors, un changed dirty sheets and odd bugs. The ice machines were all broke but they had a cooler with ice. The breakfast was not great. Bagged then microwaved eggs and bacon. Stale muffins, the staff was very kind but housekeeping needs lots of training. Couldnt change hotels as there was a big event and most decent local hotel were booked. The did refund part of the bill but should have done more.

Check in and check out were great - everybody was kind. However our room smelled like cigarettes and even though it was advertised they’d have cribs, they didn’t. We brought a pack and play anyways just in case and they offered their own, but would rather use ours. The bed was very uncomfortable. Probably would choose elsewhere next time. Good news - the breakfast smelled amazing but we ate elsewhere.
