Panoramic Water Views

  • Listing Summary
Wake up to stunning Lake Huron views from this cozy, open, and airy lakefront cottage in Lexington. Three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and space for the whole crew. Step onto the deck and take in the water, or head down the private steps for direct Lake Huron access. A well-stocked kitchen, in-suite master bath, and washer and dryer make this feel like a home away from home. Pure Michigan lake life.

    The Space
Spacious, open, and full of natural light — this cozy Lake Huron cottage in Lexington is the kind of place that feels instantly like home. The layout flows effortlessly from the living area to the kitchen and out toward the water, making it perfect for groups and families who want room to spread out without sacrificing that cozy cottage feel.
The primary bedroom features a king bed with its own private en-suite bathroom and shower — a rare luxury in a lakefront cottage that makes it ideal for couples or anyone who wants their own retreat. The second bedroom has a queen, and the third a full — comfortable and well appointed for guests of all ages. The hallway bathroom serves the remaining bedrooms and features both a shower and tub.
The kitchen is well stocked and ready for real meals — gas stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and all the essentials you need to cook comfortably. The living room is anchored by a TCL TV, perfect for movie nights after a long day on the water. A washer and dryer are available for guest use — a must for longer stays. And with an on-demand hot water tank, you`ll never run out of hot water no matter how many guests are showering.

    Guest Access
The entire home is yours for the duration of your stay — all 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen, living areas, deck, and direct Lake Huron access. This is a true whole-home rental with no shared interior spaces. Step outside onto the deck and soak in the views, or head down the private steps straight into Lake Huron. It`s all yours.

    Guest Interaction
We`re here for you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week — just send us a text and we`ll get back to you fast. We respect your privacy completely and won`t reach out unless you do first. Our goal is a seamless, stress-free stay from check-in to check-out.

    The Neighborhood
Lexington is one of the gems of Michigan`s Thumb — a quiet, walkable lakeside village with a relaxed pace and genuine small-town charm. Just steps from downtown, you`ll find locally owned restaurants, boutique shops, a marina, and some of the most beautiful Lake Huron sunrises in the state. Port Sanilac is just a short drive south for more dining, the historic lighthouse, the Barn Theatre, and world-class shipwreck diving at the Sanilac Shores Underwater Preserve. Detroit and Flint are both under two hours away — close enough for a quick city run, far enough to feel truly away.

    Getting Around
A car is essential and will make the most of your stay. Grocery stores and everyday essentials are available right in Lexington and the surrounding area. The driveway is shared with the neighboring property — please be mindful of this during arrival and departure. Parking for 3 to 4 cars is available.

    Other Things to Note
Please note this property has a shared driveway with the neighboring home — it is not a private driveway, so you can expect to see neighbors coming and going. The home has two steps at the entrance, and the master shower has a small 4-inch lip — otherwise the main floor is fully accessible. No beach at this property — water access is via steps that lead directly into Lake Huron. No smoking indoors or outdoors. No parties or events. No pets please.

*Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of $250 is required for this stay and is released after checkout if there is no damage. After booking, you`ll receive a link to complete online check-in, where you can pay the deposit or choose a non-refundable damage waiver of $39 in place of the deposit, which covers accidental damage during your stay

Very nice, well-appointed property on the Lake Huron waterfront. Back patio with panoramic view of the lake was very nice and heavily used during our stay. Location was convenient to shopping and dining spots in Port Huron to the south and Lexington to the north. Host responded quickly to any questions before our stay and provided clear check-in/out instructions. Would definitely recommend this property for a nice, relaxing stay on Lake Huron!

Property in Lexington was ok. A newer kitchen with adequate equipment. The kitchen closet was filled with cleaning supplies. There was a game we wanted to play, took out of this closet & there was mouse dropping in it. Might not bother some, but it did me!The livingroom is open to kitchen & dining area. Has a beautiful view of Lake Huron. The bathrooms were ok, great water pressure. Lacks handtowels & wash rags. The matresses need replacing, not comfortable. Pillows are worn. There were no extra blankets.Lots of spiders! Deck was worn. Did not seen too safe. We stayed 3 days/2nights.

We loved our stay here. Clean, updated kitchen that's perfect for cooking for a crowd. The view through the water is beautiful, and AC is available for the rare times it's unseasonably warm. Water access is via stairs and there's a nice shallow area for swimming. Host communicates quickly and thoroughly. We will definitely return!
