「I stayed in a recently renovated suite and it was fantastic. The best feature was the shower control opposite the shower head, great idea. The breakfast included was also fabulous. Enjoyed my one night there immensely. Very close to the Riverbanks Zoo where I went the next morning. Ery nice zoo.」

「A/C was not working-blowing warm air. Called front desk to look at it and had to wait 45 min for someone to come up, because they were answering several calls about A/C not working. We were told "that's as hard as it can blow" when that wasn't the issue. The issue was it was blowing warm air, making our room temp go up instead of down. Pool was ok, clean and maintained. 「First room had clogged toilet, bad outlets, and TV didn't work. They offered to move us, and gave us keys that didn't work. Returned to front desk, and they rekeyed cards...they now worked, but room was occupied ( sorry to the folks we walked in on!). 3rd row had a florescent light in the bathroom that worked intermittently, might not work at all, or stroked badly.
