“What a great property and house! The lot is bigger than others I've seen on Lake Murray and having the yard, sandy area, and fire pit right next to the lake was awesome. The star of the house is the view! The windows in the living room makes you feel like you're outside There aren't a lot of close restaurants, but we chose to stop by the grocery store on the way in and eat our meals at the house. We did venture out for Mexican at San Jose once less than 10 minutes away that is also set on the……

“Family came into town for the weekend. Went to a men’s BB game. This house is in a great location, good neighborhood and easy to get around. Communication was amazing throughout the process. House had plenty of space, clean, and comfortable. The only thing the house needs is a wine opener. But, we had one in the car (doesn’t everyone?) Thanks again for a great weekend! Chris”

“Our stay was nice. The house had almost everything we needed. There were even extra blankets to use when snuggling on the couch. Would have liked ice trays and a larger skillet to cook with. Plus the hot water in the shower was not hot enough. But the location of the house was easy to get to downtown and other areas in the city.”

“Soooo - I’d give this a 10 if 10 on every score except that we were surprised upon arrival at the areas not photographed. There is zero curb appeal. It looks like a WWII concrete block bunker with no landscaping. There were also some surprises inside. I did not expect the interior walls to be painted concrete block. Also there is a very unsightly exposed water heater in the kitchen and banged up fridge. BUT - please keep reading. After the initial surprise, we settled in and the place grew on us……

“This house is great! Had my dog and college age son. Plenty of room for larger groups. The hosts are super nice and we barely saw them. Lots of time and energy put into this backyard oasis. House was extremely clean! Will definitely rent again next year if back in town for baseball. Very accessible to Lexington County Baseball Complex.”
