Clean, staff are friendly, & hotel is right by the beach. If you walk further south , about 300 meters, the beach has no corals , you won't need water shoes

Good location with good access to the beach.

Good access to the beach. There is security guarding the entrance to the beach. There are a lot of people with children, so adults can't use the pool and jacuzzi to relax. The restaurant is average. I was asked to pay extra for ice. Amenities are poor. Only a small pack of shampoo and a small bar of soap. The staff was kind and the stay was relaxing.

I love the property. It was clean and cozy for a family outing. Place is not too big but it's a nice place if you're just looking for a small relaxing time with your family. I don't like the beach, the Cabanas by the ocean ruined the whole scenery. You can't even swim infront of the resort because of those Nipa Huts there. They should leave that area open for Coral Beach customers. We stayed on the 2nd floor Superior Room, it was too noisy outside, 3:00am I could here drunk people singing and too loud by the front of the beach. There should be a curfew for the neighbors that are beside Coral Beach. That's my main issue, the loud noise at night from the people at the beach.

A nice place to stay and getaway

Hotel is located right on the water. Service Staff offered First Class Service. Restaurant food was outstanding. Nice Gaming Room area. Pool and Jacuzzi were inviting. My wife and I enjoyed our stay. A nice getaway for a few days from the hustle and bustle.

GREAT customer service and staff was always very open to assist in anyway they could. Wonderful view and quiet. On the downside, although there was free breakfast each day that we stayed, there was a service charge added to each day. This was not mentioned until checking out. Transportation from the resort to Manila, was not available. Instead, we were told that the security guard would take us to the bus stop!! Thank goodness my wife talked with the security guard and he knew someone who took us to Manila.

We always book this property every time we’re in the Philippines, but this time it was horrible. The rooms assigned to us was terrible. Noisy, toilet does not flush. Clogged sink. Pounding footsteps from above. I really wanted a refund on at least one room.

The venue in person is just ok compared to the pictures so I can say that it's somehow overprized. The floating mini houses were all at the beach front so you can't really swim plus there's a lot of stones so it's really challenging. Better to bring aqua shoes.

Good service good getaway for a night...

The Coral Beach Club is a nice place with great service. A decent 3 star local resort. Lian Beach itself is not the greatest beach in the Philippines but it served the purpose of just getting out of the city for one night. There are your usual tour guides hustling to get you to join their tours, the water is clear, the beach is respectable but some garbage lying around. The locals clean the beach in the mornings...its more of a local beach than a tourist beach.
