「As others have mentioned before, not ideal if you want to rest and enjoy some quiet time. It’s very loud all around from all directions, people outside in the park, neighbors upstairs and next door.
Check-in instructions are a bit confusing. You have to actually get off the car to do the check-in, so need to find a temporary parking. Access to garage is a bit wonky too.

「Very nice studio flat with everything you need. Very comfortable mattress, kitchen fully equipped, TV with range of platforms.
However, it was difficult to air the flat, so the air was stale. It is a ground floor flat and noisy until the early hours.」

「The price is like an apartment of a 4 star hotel. But they charge you for everything. Including using the indoor swimming pool (that is not heated by the way), cleaning the apartment, any extra towel for the pool. There was not even soap to wash our hands..
On the other hand you can hear everything of the apartments next to you. Not isolated at all.
Very friendly staff though.
Not coming back.」

「Het is een prachtige plek, aan zee, met mogelijkheden om te kanoën. De cabin is aan de kleine kant voor 4 personen, maar met alle mogelijkheden om buiten te verblijven (inclusief de tuin en buitenkeuken) is het echt top! We hopen er terug te komen!」

「Great place very good location. Easy to walk to nearby hotspots. Realized they didn’t have AC which was unfortunate given we were traveling in the hottest time of year. Very limited consumables so be sure to bring your own laundry detergent, shampoo, and conditioner and may have to buy paper towels and toilet paper depending on length of stay. Very clean and nice space. The area felt very safe and calm.」

「Nice, clean apartment in a great location with a lovely balcony to relax on. The bed was very comfy and it was nice and peaceful through the night. Just one thing to point out, if you have mobilty issues there are around 50 steps to climb as its on the top floor, which wasnt a problem for us and all in all we had a lovely time.」
